Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status and line-up instructions, including Parade Entry Number, by February 13th.
Submission of an application does not guarantee entry.
There is NO rain date. In the case of inclement weather, the parade may be canceled. There is NO rain date for the Irish Market.
It is estimated to take approximately 1 hour from the time the first entrant steps off to the time the last entrant steps off. It takes about 45 minutes to travel the parade route. Please recognize you will be in the process of line up, step off and traveling the parade route for up to 3 hours. We recommend you bring supplies such as water, jackets, hats, etc. as the weather is unpredictable and may be rather cool.

Space is available for $75 per 8’ area. Applicants can bring their own 8’ table or rent one for an additional $25.
Notes: No electrical service will be provided and helium tanks are not allowed. Space is limited and vendors will be accepted on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Application fee is non-refundable. Final instructions, including location of your booth will be sent via e-mail by March 1st.
